Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

We want you to love your Butterfly High purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to support@butterflyhighskin.com within 30 days of your purchase and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide a shipping label to mail items to our return center. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. 

 

Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Explain in detail the reason of your return, not all requests may be accepted. Products must be in as-new conditions. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 10-14 business days).
